As part of the Izabella Gustowska’s In Stealthy Flight I Pursued Her II exhibition currently shown at WRO Art Center we invite you to come this Wednesday for a meeting with an artist during which she will be presenting her video titled 3xR, which stands for 3 Romances: with art, with technology, and with autobiography.

It is a form of reflection upon own oeuvre consisting of excerpts from works created within the last decade. Referring to artist’s words, it is an attempt to look at own works from a “slightly ironing point of view”.

Meeting with Izabella Gustowska is organized within the framework of Artist Talk European project initiated by three contemporary art institutions: CodeEp/MoTA from Slovenia, CIANT from Czech Republic and WRO. The aim of the project lies in creating a space for discussion and contemporary media art popularization by means of arranging and documenting discussions and meetings with artists and theoreticians as well as initiating a web-based platform (www.artisttalk.eu) holding selected archive materials and meetings’ documentation.

Throughout the next 19 months WRO will invite and host numerous guests to give their presentations. Wednesday’s meeting initiates the series.
